What a weekend! Nothing like 20 high school students, a lot of food, a little game of murder and some great God time to get things going. On top of that you add a good Sunday morning crowd, a Giants Super Bowl upset and dinner at Louie's and not even an attempted coup on my lungs by some nasty phlegm could bring me down. But on top of all of that there was one thing that happened this weekend even better than all of this combined... want to know what it is? My boys get to be my boys forever. That's right Big "D" and the Pickle are getting adopted and will be Halliburton's from now on. The Psalmist David says in Psalm 126:3 "The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy." I couldn't have said it better myself, so I just ripped it off of him. Exciting things are going on and I am blessed to get to be a part of them.

    Yeah Todd and Leeann! What great news! It gave me chill bumps and what better way to end your hiatus from blogging than with this news. God is good and His love endures forever. Congrats on the great news!

    That is so awesome! It never even dawned on me that they were never anything but your children. You guys have done a wonderful job with all the children. I know that God will continue to bless all of you.
